Properties generate rental income. That income is distributed to token holders, by default every quarter (some deals distribute monthly).
When a distribution is made, your share is calculated from how many tokens you hold, and the amount is credited to your in-platform balance. You can see every distribution in your portfolio.
From your in-platform balance you can reinvest into other properties or withdraw to an external account.
